"The area around it seemed a little sketchy when were pulling in but would highly recommend staying here. Don’t let the surrounding area scare you. It was my 1st experience with a bed and breakfast. The owner/staff was great. Always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning. It was all homemade. Shower was AMAZING! Great pressure and extra overhead rainfall shower too. We found out from other guests it was her childhood home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. "

"This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! "

"The pet friendly lodge is located right on the lake - a great place to have your morning coffee. The fact that it's independently owned gave it the edge for me. Very clean, and the beds were comfy."

The gourmet meals they prepared for breakfast and dinner were always delicious.
