"Our original booking at a Beach house of this property owner got canceled due to an electrical issue that wouldnt be fixed. We were notified the day BEFORE we leave, which was stressful. Property owner got us into another property of his, Oyster Cove. Thanks to Omar at VRBO, he helped me in the process of canceling the original and booking the new place with no problem. Upon arrival, after driving for 6 hours, we get to the property at 3:30 or so and there's NO POWER. We finally contacted VRBO...
