"This a regular place I stay when on company business to Lincoln. It's a great location for me, away from the town centre but also a nice walk into town in the evenings. All staff are great, courteous and friendly. Rooms are always comfy and well kept for my usual 4 night stay. Breakfast is always the same but plentiful, fresh and just enough to get me going in the mornings."

"Although the outside of the property needs some attention once you walk through the doors if feels like your in a totally diffetent building. Very clean and in very good repair.
