"We stayed at this property with 20 people in town to attend our daughter's graduation at UT Austin. The location was about 35 min to campus but since we only needed to be on campus Friday morning for commencement activities, this property was perfect for the remainder of our 3 night stay.Communication with David was great and he met us at the house shortly after arrival to give us a tour (and surprised us with Tiff's Treats during our stay)Lots of activities for all ages (true to pictures posted on website)Outdoor pavilion had full size fridge, sink, and gas stove/oven, in addition to the large Weber grill (great for the graduation party we hosted onsite)Like other reviewers, you do need to be able to navigate stairs and slope/incline both into the house and down to the outdoor activities. All bathrooms located inside the house.We would definitely stay here for a group of our size"

"Amazing accommodations for a weekend of solitude. Beautiful location with a view as described. The hostess was very responsive and ensured I was comfortable. I enjoyed the continental breakfast selections especially the fresh orange juice. I look forward to a future stay. Thank you."
