This vacation rental home is located just a short drive away from many South by Southwest (SXSW) conference and festival venues. You’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading! We recommend exploring ride-share options to avoid parking issues when heading downtown as traffic increases significantly around this event.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The covered patio provides a stunning view of the lake and outdoor seating for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on. A built-in propane BBQ grill lets you eat like a local and fans provide a cool breeze in the Texas summer! Enjoy the grassy lawn that leads down to a seating area by the water as well as a private, 2-story boat dock. PLEASE NOTE: The Homeowner keeps their boat in one slip year round. A second slip is available for guest use. The boat slip hoist limit is 8,000 lbs / 23-foot boat. Enjoy being on Lake Austin which stays at a constant high level throughout the year unlike Lake Travis.
THE HOME
The open concept living area and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV or read a good book. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Seating for 8 is available in the formal dining area and stools provide additional seating for guests around the kitchen island.

1) This is NOT a party residence. The home is best suited to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated.
2) Outdoor activity is not permitted between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.
