"Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions. It is nice and spacious inside - and very reasonably priced. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries which was much appreciated.However there were 1 or 2 dissappitning issues - some that could be improved and others that are inherent limitations with the property. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. "

"We had several issues: Patio door to balcony (we were on third floor) had no key so could not make it safe for children. Windows had no limiters on them so they swung right out and you could have topped out. Windows could not be pulled shut easily because the handle had nothing to pull onto hence the seal was not tight and rendered the double glazing useless and we could hear all the noise from the restaurants we overlooked below plus the fight that broke out at 2 pm. All the problems listed...

"The apartment was as described, a great location for us as we were working around the corner. It was also easy access to London in the week. Trains are better from Watford at the weekend where you can park for only 7 all day.The apartment was clean, spacious and the high street is very convenient for everything you need. Caroline was on hand for any questions, and even supplied us with a new iron!We'll definitely be returning. "

"The host was very friendly with great communication. However when we arrived, the studio was cold and so was the bathroom. I had to text the host to ask if the heating could be put on, so just to advise, you’re not in control of the heating. The bed was ok, 2 flat pillows, which resulted in not a very good night’s sleep. "We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

Highly recommend

"Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Had a couple of relaxing days, loved the steam and sauna. Would have liked separate changing facilities for men and. Women. Very good breakfast, would be better if it was open til later than 9.30. Excellent room facilities, very clean. I just had a very lumpy pillow! Mat daughter’s was fine. Restaurant food, glad we went one evening. Very tasty and god variety. "

"A great place to stay, beautifully styled rooms and bar and you would think you were in Morocco relaxing by the outside pool. Dinner was in the Thai restaurant just a little way down the street ( though I understand it is moving back to the main hotel by June this year) the food and service were superb. Would definitely visit again and old town Beaconsfield is an incredible town with very wide streets and free parking everywhere- we parked outside the hotel front door."
