It is clean, secure, has clean laundry guest facility. If you are going on a weekend, don't expect to use the pool. it was totally overtaken with lots of kids, many unsupervised, not disciplined, loud, and the parents ignoring them. They totally consumed the poolchairs, pool with lots of splashing and jammed the hot tub. Weekdays are so much better! We highly recommend. "
