"We had a wonderful stay - myself, my husband and my 6,4, and 2 year old children all enjoyed our time at the beach. We could have done without the harassment of the old lady from cottage 4 (owner perhaps?) telling us to get out at 10am. We were packing the car at 10:02 and trying to get the kids in - we were not in the cottage anymore everything was out. We left the property 10:11am. Her nagging and threats of charging extra were completely unnecessary. It was too bad to have to leave on...

Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. "

"We enjoyed the space and bright sunny rooms of this property. The kitchen is very well supplied, and was used often throughout our week-long stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size for 2 people to share, and it provides plenty of towels and quite a bit of storage. The sunporch facing the beach is sunny and very enjoyable for both dining and relaxing. "Beautiful view, close to town. Could use some attention…. Blown lightbulbs and fix tv remote that has 1/2 page instructions how to use since it’s broken. Could use a smart tv or at least a firestick. But it was a pretty old house!"
