This was just what my family was looking for! Neat, clean, right on the water! It was obvious that it was an older building that had been updated to more modern standards. Very nice for just a comfortable neat place to stay with out all the fluff!

We were very happy the hotel room was not carpeted. The view was outstanding. The small balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. The bathroom arrangements were sufficient, not roomy at all but workable. Parking is tight.

The room was fresh and very clean. All the amenities you need. The ocean view from the room/balcony was spectacular. Balcony has lounge chairs and chairs/table. Drawbacks: parking is very limited and tight as well as not very handicap accessible, there’s no elevator. Beach and pool are only accessible from the second level.

Amazing seaside gem!
This hotel is an amazing little seaside gem! We normally research everywhere that we will stay on a vacation, but chose this location spontaneously on a recent getaway. Are we glad that we did! Everyone in this family-owned hotel was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special shout-out to Nancy, who gave us great advice where to eat and what to do in the Wells Beach area! Thank you, Nancy! Our room was immaculate and showed the love that only a family-owned establishment can. A beachfront hotel with the affordable rate that the Atlantic Oceanfront offers is unheard of. Please take our advice and stay here if you have the chance! We will stay here again the next time that we travel this way!
