"Liked the 5-10 min walk into town along the rail line. Room amazing view of hills - Ella Rock, waterfall, little Adam’s peak. Lots of birds on trees from balcony and mongooses in garden. Staff helpful. Breakfast (Sri Lankan) great. Had 2 double bedded room which was large and lots of space. "

"I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is rustic, peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent and the hospitality is outstanding. My only word of caution is that there are many steep stairs to get from the road to the property so it wouldnt be appropriate for people living with mobility limitations. Otherwise i highly recommend it. "

"Nice setting with a good balcony with good views. No soundproofing so noisy. Food good but very slow service ( 50 mins wait ) whilst it was cooked. An easy tuk tuk ride into town - walkable if fit! "

Each meal was a delightful adventure, but breakfast was particularly memorable with a variety of delicious Sri Lankan dishes. The flavors and presentation were outstanding, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Sri Lanka. Aveen, our waiter, provided excellent service during meals, always attentive and ready with a cheerful smile. He ensured that every dining experience was enjoyable and seamless. Special thanks to Chamara and Madawa, the lobby boys, who were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. Their efficiency and friendliness added to the overall comfort and ease of my stay.
