The only thing I noticed was a hole in the window and some of the outside window sills had paint peeling off. The leasure facilities were small but very usable. "Room could have been cleaned to a higher standard, dust behind the tv and in various places. bathroom had mould in the shower and sealant needs replacing in a number of areas. Constant foghorn type noise emanating from the ground floor of Oakham block. "
