"The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and unlike a review I'd read on here (which nearly made me not book this hotel) the King size bed was a full king, not just two singles pushed together. The only small gripe I have is the fridge was quite noisy and was annoying when trying to sleep. Would stay here again for sure. "

"My husband myself and our dog stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting my daughter. The cottage is quaint and cosy, beautifully done out. Bed was lovely and comfortable. The host Rebecca was very accommodating and communication was great. The village is idyllic, we will definitely return "

Lovely but could do with a little TLC

"Hotel is lovely, but the room (mainly bathroom) was old and tired. I landed up in the disabled room which all the rail, shower seat etc were all rusty and could have done with replacing. Otherwise lovely hotel, pub and restaurant. Will stay there again "
