"The hotel and our room was clean and very nice, but I’m still shaking my head over no ice buckets provided in this hotel because we “have a kitchenette and can freeze our own ice”!!! Listen folks, after 8 hours of driving we just wanted to put our feet up and have a cold drink. Do you know how long it takes to freeze a tray of ice? Ours wasn’t ready until the next day. "The front staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was lovely and neat. Our night was restful. The morning staff was noisy, talking loudly in the halls, and there was a lot of doors slamming. It made it hard to sleep in. Overall it was a nice stay though."
