"Overall, the stay was pretty good. The house was well kept and beautiful. I just wish the owner was a bit more responsive because the heat in the house was not consistent. It was 20 degrees outside and no matter what you changed the thermostat to, the top floor felt like a sauna and the bottom floor was freezing. When we were sleeping, we had to open the windows of the bedrooms to not get smothered by heat, and it was specifically unbearable in my case being on the top bunk, near the ceiling...

Since the weather wasn't great while we were there, it was nice having a garage to park in. We stayed for a weekend to visit Jim Thorpe and the drive from there to Jim Thorpe was only 16 minutes.
