"The hotel was very well situated to Cabot Circus with redeemable free parking. The staff seemed genuinely happy and helpful towards us. They guided us through our stay providing information when required. The rooms were modern, clean, tidy and fault free. They do not iron the bed linen, however a quick check with reception satisfied us that it was cleaned for our visit. The bed was large enough, I believe a super king-size, although for us, very soft. We overlooked their carpark which was quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Restaurant and bar onsite, we only utilised the bar. This was pleasant and peaceful with again, great service. Not the hotels issue: Be aware you can mistakenly enter the congestion charge area easily..... The hotel does however give guidance to best avoid it."

"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."
