Once through the outer locks you go thru a courtyard to a dark stairwell ( felt unprotected) no elevator- up to second floor. "The property had regulations requesting guests to obey the quiet time past 10 p.m. In the middle of the night someone was digging through the trash cans, picking up the bottles. This echoed entire building, woke us up and disturbed for good 45 min. this was not a pleasant experience, providing that we had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the flight."
