"This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal ! "

"Hotel was well updated. It is an older building but the renovations are excellent. Small size rooms but they are very comfortable. Nearby restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Houston for the first time and we were thoroughly impressed with all the amenities. The valet service was exceptionally quick in retrieving our vehicle. The hotel itself was stunning, and we were very pleased with our overall experience.
