"When we first got there the ladies in the office instantly started picking on my husband about feeding him to a bear! We absolutely loved it! They were so sweet and showed so much southern kindness to us! The rooms were clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the view over looking the mountains was breathtaking! We came down for mini nats in Maggie valley! The only negative I would say is there is no room for trailer parking at all. We made it work and the ladies in the office were a great help! Definitely will be booking again for next years show! "

"First, the photos don’t do this place justice. You have three different spots to sit outside with coffee or a cocktail, overlooking the river. We watched osprey hunt for fish, had bonfires every night, and hiked around the property. The owners should write a manual on how to outfit a rental. We arrived to wine, a nice note, and some lovely snacks. Everything we needed - from coffee filters to binoculars to firewood - was already there for us, laid right where the need might arise. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat. "

"After staying in an absolute dump for two nights in Tennessee, arriving at the Waynesville Inn and Golf Club was like arriving in Heaven! It was sooooo peaceful, so quiet, so nice... such a relief to be in a CLEAN room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bar and grill have a limited, but decent, menu and breakfast is offered as well. Great service from Tony the bartender. Not a golfer, but this must be a very popular destination for golfers. The course looks beautiful. And just 30 minutes from Asheville — if one of you is a golfer and the other is not, don’t worry, you will have plenty to do in the area while the other is golfing!"

"Perfect spot for our mountain getaway. Highlight was watching the moonrise over the mountains from the porch! Quiet, beautiful view from the hot tub and cozy fireplace to enjoy after a day of hiking. Property was as advertised, kitchen well stocked with any equipment we needed. We had a great stay!"
