"Two coworkers and I stayed here while we attended a conference in Newport News. It was nice to have some distance from the conference hotel and be close to Colonial Williamsburg. The property itself isn't anything fancy. In fact, one of my coworkers commented that it reminded her of her mother-in-law's retirement center (haha), but it was clean, has easy parking, and had the space we needed for our fun work week. "Very nice"

"We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay. However, the grounds looked nice and well kept. Would definitely stay again."

"Line was backed up to check for registration, had to wait about 45 minutes. All else was great!"

"Pictures and description don’t do justice to this rental. In better shape and cleaner than any other vrbo rental I’ve experienced. Very tastefully and functionally updated with little touches like hooks and bars in bathroom, shelf in shower, easy access outlets in lamps, bench at foot of bed. Bedrooms large and configured optimally with plenty of hangers in closet. We loved the sunroom, fireplace and deck. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"We came with 6 families for a large family reunion. Upon checking in we learned that one of the families was relocated to another property without notice and without any willingness to make accommodations. We intentionally booked at the same resort to be together as a large group and this made it very frustrating and not what we had expected. Additionally the activities desk was extremely rude to several of our family members when we played pickle ball. The staff member working the check-in...
