"Very comfortable, well-furnished condo. As requested, we had a first floor unit which was easily-accessible, with just one step into the unit. There are no reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities, so that was a bit of a challenge. Be aware that air circulation is not the best, with moderately-high CO2 readings (I opened window/door a bit for fresh air); main LR/DR was warm but bedrooms were quite cool/cold. "We only rented the one side which was fine however updating is needed. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items). The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low. We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks. Overall it was very relaxing."

"You couldn’t ask for a better base for Busch Gardens and points further afield like Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Is this place perfect? No, you could hear the neighbors upstairs walking around and the AC is loud (but works GREAT). But, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s a great value for the money with comfy beds and a clean interior. My son and I had an awesome time!"
