"We were in town for my sons wedding and wanted a dog friendly place to stay. The Lodge was absolutely amazing and has so much charm! There were 11 adults and 3 dogs for the weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was filled with everything we could have needed from coffee to shampoo. Highly recommend!!"

"My family and I rented both houses right next to each other. The set up was nice as one of the houses had a nice back deck overlooking the lake with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. The host was great and even brought us some fresh vegetables one afternoon from his garden. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views, thoughtfully designed and artfully executed. There is plenty of space for a large gathering - we were 17, including 8 kids ages 4 - 15. There are many different hang out areas, so you never feel like you are on top of one another. We cooked most days, and the kitchen was well supplied and functioned well. "I arrived in the middle of the night, half asleep and couldn't find the place. Mandy responded to my middle-of-the-night phone call and made sure I got into the place okay. I was in an unfamiliar place and hadn't rented Loft 108 before. I was was relieved that I didn't have to sleep in my car overnight and impressed by her attentiveness as a host. "We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! "

"Four Morgan siblings had a mini reunion back in Southern MN, where our father grew up and we used to vacation every summer 50-60 years ago. Nice big house, close to, but not on, the lake (as the ad seemed to imply). But very happy with our stay. If and when we head back to MN in the future, I would look for this property again, and isn't that the bottom line? And don't worry, the game room does have pool cues, even though the ad says to bring your own. Recommended."
