"We booked this hotel back in December for my wife’s birthday. Saratoga Springs is a beautiful town in the winter. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Maura at check in is invaluable to this hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Recommend some nice restaurants and made us feel welcomed.
