All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. "the place is nice, quiet and it makes you feel very close to nature, downside is there is a LOT of bugs. Our room had tons of mosquitoes so be ready to have a smacking party. Also, the air conditioning unit on the first room they gave was not working and smelled like rotten eggs. Im glad they transferred us to another room. Customer service was good. I initially thought they have laundry, but when we asked, we were directed to a laundry shop next door. "

"Great centrally located hotel, at the time we were staying it was very quiet. At one stage we were the only guests. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older in condition, the bed we felt was on the harder side. Rooftop pool is refreshing and provides a good view of the city. "
