"Wonderful lush oasis in the heart of town featuring luxury Khmer-style architecture, wooden walkways, lilly ponds, gorgeous pool. Service and food was first-rate. We used the hotel to arrange guides to the historic temples and were extremely pleased."

"The staff and facilities at G&Z are really very good indeed. My stay was pleasant, comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not...

"the place is nice, quiet and it makes you feel very close to nature, downside is there is a LOT of bugs. Our room had tons of mosquitoes so be ready to have a smacking party. Also, the air conditioning unit on the first room they gave was not working and smelled like rotten eggs. Im glad they transferred us to another room. Customer service was good. I initially thought they have laundry, but when we asked, we were directed to a laundry shop next door. "

"The hotel has an excellent pool and a tranquil setting. Still, it’s a short distance to Pub Street and not too far from Angkor Wat. On top of all else, the on-site bar/restaurant was very good and the hotel staff were outstanding. We’d stay again!"

"A lovely and quiet hotel in a central location. Staff helpful and rooms very clean. The only downside for us was that breakfast was served until 8:30am, which we felt was too early to close."
