The staff went above and beyond on everything. The hotel amenities were amazing and the location is good. Rent a scooter and you can get around and see the city very easily. You must stay here, the customer service is the best and they are true life savers.

This is a small, lovely, quiet property. The pool was beautiful, the room spacious and the staff were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this for a stay in Siem Reap.

The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and amazing accommodations. While it's a bit outside the main area, specifically Pub Street, it's only a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride (Grab) away. Additionally, there's a good cafe, an ATM, and laundry services located less than a block from the hotel.

6 stars for hotel and pick up to hotel. But the paid return was put in a stinky grab cab. I could have paid half the price. The trip to hotel was in a 1st class ride. I was expecting same level of service for the departure. The room and guest service was quite good. I will return.

The hotel is a nice oasis of calm in the heart of Siem Reap. Calm & tidy, the room was decent & pool area never too busy. The staff are what set this place apart - every single person from breakfast to spa greets you with a smile, it’s not forced, it’s genuine. A special mention to Anna, Naza & Hana at the front desk. No task too big or small. Please remember where you are, in a fundamentally poorer country, they are providing an excellent experience in terms of service & amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were very comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water—both small but important details that made our experience even better. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening. While the food was enjoyable and the wait staff was friendly, we feel there is an opportunity to enhance the overall dining experience. A bit more training in restaurant hospitality could elevate the service, and more polished uniforms—including closed-toe shoes—would contribute to a more professional and polished atmosphere. That being said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort that went into making our stay pleasant. With a few refinements, this place has the potential to be exceptional. We look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely faultless 99% of the time, I could see that on our last day the restaurant staff were hard pushed over the breakfast period as the service was not as good as the 3 mornings before. However everything else was superb. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful place!
Sarai is a beautiful boutique hotel close to the action of Pub Street! We stayed 3 nights but would have loved to stay longer. The people are all so lovely. Their attentiveness and calmness helped us have one of the most relaxing stays we have had. The architecture of the hotel was interesting, Moroccan style but an interesting inner courtyard that reminded us of the stairs in Harry Potter, oh and the room was large, clean and quiet. A great place at a very reasonable price! Thank you everyone at Sarai!

Really good moments, spa is really good, pity we only tryed it at the end, breakfast is correct, team is really friendly, nice two swimming pool, really peaceful atmosphere. Frequent traveler to Siem Reap. Normally stay golden temple or Sofitel. This property is for a relaxing holiday. Rooms are clean and service is fantastic. Gym and pool are clean. Booked room with small dip pool and no complaints. I used the hotel airport shuttle service and highly recommend that, the vehicle was immaculate. Only two issues are the WiFi and breakfast. WiFi didn’t work unless I went to lobby, and the breakfast at the restaurant needs some work. Limited options compared to other hotels in the area.

Beautiful hotel with amazing, attentive staff. Having hotel tuktuks were also a huge benefit that made staying here even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit!
