"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "The service Manager Levi is very helpful, giving us a warm welcome by receiving us himself upon our arrival. That was really unexpected. The apartment is clean and things are in good conditions. Even better than those hotels I live in London. Location of the apartment is good, not too close to the city ctr which I found too noisy. "Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Henley. Great location and facilities. Particularly liked the excellent iron, that there were enough washing tablets and toilet paper for our 5 day stay. These small details make a big difference. Another fan for the living room would be good esp. for the person sleeping in the sofa bed. "This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"Went over with my dad for a football match and to catch up with old friends. Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Already booked again to go back. "

Good night sleep

"Arrived late but still got to use the pool, which was cold, steam room good sauna not much heat. Room nice, great big bed, nice layout, like having a shower and bath available. No milk on tray also only one English Breakfast t-bag. The parking price is too high (£20) and should be shown prior to booking, I couldn't afford this and had to make other arrangements.Central located, near the station. Overall will deffo stay their again and this time we need 2 welcome drinks as we didn't get them this time. "
