"William was a great host. The house is super quiet and quaint. We loved that we could have the dogs with us and the yard is a great size to play ball with them and let them run around. The river and pond are perfect for fishing and downtown is walkable. Super cute restaurants on main street. "

"Phyllis is a delightful host who thinks of everything. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. The back patio was the perfect place to host a family cookout and Phyllis was fine with that. The patio has a grill, games, plenty of seating and the backdrop of beautiful flowers everywhere! The attention to detail is remarkable. 2 couples stayed in the house comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We walked to downtown and loved downtown! Beautiful restaurants and bars along the water. Washington is quite the destination, especially when you stay at this cottage. We will be back. Thanks Phyllis! games, a"

"The Roberson House was one of our favorite places we've stayed in Washington (we come semi-frequently to visit family). The six bedrooms/2 bathrooms allowed for our girls to have their own rooms and for my parents to join us as well. The beds were comfortable, and the house was thoughtfully appointed. The management company was incredibly responsive. There was an issue with the listing where it said the pool was heated, which turned out not to be the case. The pool had also not been scheduled to be opened before we got there, which we didn't know at the time of booking. The management company and the owner were incredibly communicative and responsive about getting the pool open in time for us to use it. Our girls had an absolute blast with all the games available, and the adults enjoyed the comfortable porch seating for enjoying some time chatting together after the kids had gone to bed. Highly recommend, and we will look to book this house the next time we travel to Washington!"
