"This little cabin is so nice and has been decorated with such bright and happy colors. It is right at the shoreline and the view of the water is so relaxing any time of day. I especially like the early and late evening. It is small for 4 adults, but our 2 grown daughters didn't mind for just a couple of nights. Much better than just a hotel room. We hope to be able to go back sometime. I give it an A! "

"William was a great host. The house is super quiet and quaint. We loved that we could have the dogs with us and the yard is a great size to play ball with them and let them run around. The river and pond are perfect for fishing and downtown is walkable. Super cute restaurants on main street. "

"Phyllis is a delightful host who thinks of everything. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. The back patio was the perfect place to host a family cookout and Phyllis was fine with that. The patio has a grill, games, plenty of seating and the backdrop of beautiful flowers everywhere! The attention to detail is remarkable. 2 couples stayed in the house comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We walked to downtown and loved downtown! Beautiful restaurants and bars along the water. Washington is quite the destination, especially when you stay at this cottage. We will be back. Thanks Phyllis! games, a"
