I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working...I usually use it after a round of golf at Cedars...But Tee made up for it by giving me a free room upgrade! This is one of the main reasons why I keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I do a short vacation in Sequim! The front desk crew has always been amazing...always accommodating....always smiling...I feel like a welcomed guest each time! Keep up the good work! I will be back - as always!"

"For a two star hotel, everything worked and I had no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. My dogs were welcome for an extra fee and the staff kept my phone number and offered to keep an eye on them if I should have to leave. I am happy with the deal."
