The staff loaned us a broom to brush off the snow from the cars. The room was very clean with plenty of toiletries. "The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly, but there was a strong paint-like smell in the hallway that spread into the room. It wasn’t coming directly from the room, but it was still quite bothersome. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't request a room change, but the smell was really unpleasant. For anyone staying here, I recommend asking for a room change if you notice the smell at any point—it can definitely affect your experience."

"The room was great, big, ocean view and jacuzzi tub was awesome. What I didn't like was the bed. To me that is the most important. If you don't go to sleep because your body hurts because its so hard that just ruins the room. I mentioned this to the front desk. She basically said you can't please everyone. Which is true but I like a softer bed and my husband likes a firmer bed but even he couldn't sleep. We ended up buying a pillow top cover from walmart because we still had 1 more night and...
