"The room was recently refurbished and is deceiving from the outside. It's a lovely room with modern amenities, giving it a luxurious feel. No breakfast available at the hotel, but you receive a discount at a nearby cafe / restaurant. Probably a little inconvenient if you are needing early morning breakfast served in your room. Otherwise, you have the option of having breakfast at any of the lovely cafes in Warrnambool. Would definitely stay again. Well priced."

" Attractive and comfortable with a well set up kitchen, it was a perfect location for our annual escape from the pre Christmas Melbourne madness. 2004 was not a good year health wise for us, so we needed somewhere comfortable to do nothing but read, and rest and Banyan Place did just that!"

"Lots of onsite parking. Extra large shower. Lovely staff at check in. They do require a $50 hold on card which takes 3-5 days to be released. "
