"We had a 3 night family stay with our dog for New Year and this property was perfect for us. Quiet residential area. Dog exercise at the park just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop very close by if you don't have/don't want to use the car; personally we enjoyed the walk to Gunwharf Quay. A short drive to Southsea Prom and everything it has to offer. "The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition. "Had a lovely stay in this property. Had to book it quite last minute and we were concerned it might not be big enough but it was great. Location also good - you can walk to the beach/seafront from here, and get a bus to the dockyard area. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were very responsive!
