"I was there one month, no cleaning service. No one ever came by to clean the room. The money deposit of 100£ was not given back to me. They said my room was in bad condition. Moreover they said it smells like smoke everywhere, but I am not a smoker. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and showers. Also there are cameras everywhere."

Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality "

"The room and the wi fi was ok but the whole place is dirty.I’m not satisfied with the amount I paid for this room, no good services, no friendly environment, there is only one bathroom for 6 rooms which was so dirty and when I contacted the customer service they said it’s a shared house and they said they have a cleaning scheduled on Friday which was only emptying the bin in the kitchen. No recommended to women at all "

"Place was clean inside shared bathroom, kitchen and dining. My room did not have a mirror so it was very inconvenient make sure you request a room that has mirror. Overall inside was very comfortable. To be honest outside was not the best area but once you are in the house it’s very comfortable. It was better than other places I rented for the money.There’s also a convenient store next to house which I found great since I didn’t rent a car. Very busy street and lots of stores to grab a bite. "You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for "

"Property very near University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. Basically clean. On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. Basically this place is a crash pad for students. I wouldn’t stay again. "
