"Stayed in a female only cabin. Everything was very clean in the rooms and the shared toilets. The instructions on classifying the rubbish is very clear and can definitely be understood by tourists who don’t read Japanese. The staff can speak in both Japanese and English. "It’s a little over a 10 min walk (with luggage and if using station exit 2B with the elevator) but everything else is great. It is quiet and convenient. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious (for Tokyo standards). Will definitely stay here again the next time!"

"Great location, comfortable bed. It is cramped, but it’s a hostel after all. I’d stay again if I return to Tokyo. I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. Juyoh is located in Taito City, which is a charming and quieter area north of Ginza. "5 star stay at Monday Aparthotel Nihombashi! We moved from a tiny room in a 4 star hotel and were impressed by the spaciousness of our new place. 4nights in Shinjuku

"The hotel was great. Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat."

"The room is on the smaller size compared to U.S. but definitely enought space for my family (2 teenagers, 1 toddler and my husband and I) The room is really clean and they brought us waters everyday. The hotel is really clean and my toddler loved the interactive wall in the lobby. The toidoir has a lot of things. After we checked out we locked our luggage and went to the shopping mall across the street. The train stations are connected to the hotel through a bridge which makes it easier to get around. The"

Lux hotel in a great location

"This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "
