"Carrie at the front desk was amazing when checking us in. I believe a good start to the stay is the tone that is set when checking in. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was amazing. I have back issues and it was the most restful sleep I’ve had in forever. The breakfast was delicious. Wonderful options for a gluten free diet when traveling. The fitness room was nice and clean. "

"A clean place to rest on our trip east from Wisconsin. Convenient to US 30, very nice looking hotel. Rates were reasonable, no real drawbacks to this place. Complimentary continental breakfast was a plus, we grabbed some snacks for the road. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Quiet downtown area and yet easy access from I-75. Comfortable bed. Weird low level of lighting in bathroom, but not all that bad."

"Friendly greeting , good sized room — travelling with older dog, so room for doggie bed is great! Good selection for breakfast. Specific rooms set aside for those who travel with pets. One suggestion; perhaps have an extra plastic baggie or two in those rooms, or near the exit door for the occasional time that us humans “ run short” and need one to clean up after our pet. "

"Would like to say I travel to this location several times a year. Normally we stay at another hotel but it was booked. So we choose Best Western. Hands down the best hotel. It smelled fantastic, was so clean I looked for dirt and was calm and peaceful. Thanks to the incredible hospitality of all those that work hard to make this hotel one to remember. "
