This was my 2nd stay and sadly wasn't as good as the first. The doors didn't open all the way because they caught on the floor. The room door wasn't sealed properly letting in all the cold air and had to be pulled/pushed hard to latch. While the beds were comfortable the sheets were stained. There was little to no interaction with hospitality, the place is run similar to an airbnb. Meanwhile I didn’t even get the room I had resevere and paid for. I requested a King bed with sleeper sofa, which is what was advertised (there were pictures of the room), but instead I recieved a king bed with a double bed. I was counting on that space for my baby's travel bed. I couldn't even request the situation be remedied because when I checked in the office was closed and unstaffed for the Thanksgiving holiday, with my room key left in a lock box for me and my rental agreement in the room waiting for me to sign (with no pen I might add.) and leave in the room for them to collect later or turn in when the office was open.
While the room did serve the purpose I needed I was still left questioning what happened between my first stay, which was very nice, and now. This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful little place and it's just being run in the laziest way possible and sadly I can't say that I will be back.
