"Let me start by saying that if you book this condo via Hotels.com be prepared for aggravation and to be on your phone for hours attempting to get the unit number and code to access the unit. Hotels.com has no information other than a phone number for another management agency, Vacasa.com. It was a nightmare getting to finally talk to anyone who knew what was going on (at Vacasa). Personally, I would NOT book this unit via Hotels.com. All of that said, the condo is very nice and clean. It...

"We liked this place. It was clean and not very crowded. It’s further from park city than I thought. It’s across from jordanelle which was kind of annoying for late night snack runs. Still fun though :)"

"Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up....

"The hotel and the area are amazing the rooms are nice and clean the first rooms hot tub didn’t work they made it right immediately and switched us rooms with a better view nice coffee shops and restaurants and shops near by overall very impressed came for my girlfriends birthday I’ll be coming back as long as the rooms don’t get to expensive "

Great hotel with superior service!

"I stayed here for the wine festival. What an amazing hotel, but even more outstanding was the service!! When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. I would come back and stay just for the service, regardless of the niceness of the hotel or anything else. I can't give them enough praise and accolades! Thank you so much."

"We enjoyed our family weekend staycation in Park City and this hotel was a great choice for us! The staff was great, friendly, and helpful, complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of variety for everyone, clean, comfortable, and the pool & hot tub were amazing!
