The place was great. Only issue was getting there as there were roads on iMaps that don't yet exist, but I'm sure that will be worked out in the near future (I think the road they wanted me to take was McGinley Rd on the map).

The check-in point is unmarked and hard to find. It's really just an office with no ambiance at all. I stayed two separate night id two different rooms. Both rooms had the same floor plan but did not have a coffee maker or toaster while the other had both. The TV just played old repeat shows. No real live local shows. It is a pretty boring place to stay with no dining, stores or anything with-in five miles.

Great stay, loved the hot tubs and amenities. The room had everything we needed. Would stay here again. BUT So much road construction going on! Hopefully it’ll be done soon. We had to take detours everyday. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I’d bring my own pillow next time.

The property seems to be brand new. Easy check in. We stayed in the studio which was clean and seemed new. The room was quiet, had a great view, bed was very comfortable and just about everything one needed for cooking / eating was provided, with the exception there was no microwave. The coffee maker provided was overly complex and the wrong size filters were provided (we left some correct size filters for the next guest). Poor design of the shower / bath towel bars where the only way to access towels from shower was leave them on the floor, or completely exit shower to get towels from hook. TV does not have the normal networks, so we could not watch college football on Saturday evening, nor Sunday night NFL game on NBC. No instructions provided for TV stations provided. Poor communication with regards to road construction which closed the most direct route to the location - we had to stop and use Google maps to find an alternate route - we had no communications about this prior to our stay. If they add some small improvements, it would be an excellent place to stay.

The Pioche Village is very nice and comfortable. The studio room we has was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Park City. The closest restaurants are in Park City and Heber City. The room has a complete kitchen so you can buy groceries and eat in the room to save money.

Pioche Village is a brand new development at the foot of Deer Valley. The rooms are nicely appointed in design furniture and amenities. Very simple, clean and comfortable rooms/ mattresses, pillows and bed sheets are very comfortable. I highly recommend!
