"All was ok with the rooms, and communal areas. Lovely breakfasts although disappointing not having some of menu available. Magie as always was efficient and entertaining at breakfast. Our only complaint was the manager challenged our son who was sat on balcony having a drink waiting for us. Accusing him of not being a guest and drinking his own beer. Still keeping its charm

"I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."
