"Stuart was a lovely host and the accommodation lovely and clean, everything has been thought of!"

"The property has been decorated very tastefully and was immaculate. Only one comment to make and that is I wish there had been a stool to climb up onto the bed, and an obvious welcome sheet as we only found that on our last evening. Like the trays were in the cupboard and how to work the hob. Other than that couldn’t fault it. "

"My partner & I wanted a a quiet relaxing weekend away and found this property by chance but so glad we did. Accommodation set in vineyards and away from everything although a great location for surrounding areas, Southwold, Walberswick, Beccles and more. Check in - very easy. We received communication confirming key code and that was it - smooth and easy Check out - returned key to box and again that was it. "Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings. "

"Lovely setting, very quiet although no one else was staying in the other 3 lodges when we stayed. Loved watching the boats going past whilst sat on the veranda. Frequently visited by ducks and a heron. Village had everything you needed and the bakery at the marina was great for coffee and pastries. Lodge clean and today with everything you needed for stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hut is very compact but has all you need and is very clean. We wanted a walking holiday so the location suited us well, with lots of beautiful walks within easy distance. The coast is about a 30 minute drive on quiet roads. Recommend The Dennington Queen and The Royal Oak in Laxfield for lovely food. The Low House in Laxfield is nice and very quirky but food isn’t good."

"Loved this short break. Peaceful setting with great view and we could of happily sat out all evening just watching the boats go by. Lovely lodge."

"What a gorgeous hut! We stayed here for a friends wedding which was so convenient. Only things that I could fault is that the solar power usb charger point had no energy to charge our phones/ the lights weren't working. Also its a little walk to the toilet/ shower however they are excellent facilities. Maybe a bit overpriced if looking for a quiet getaway but was perfect location for the wedding we attended so would recommend for anybody attending a wedding at the abbey hall without a doubt!"
