"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

Service für defekte Einrichtungsteile ging atemberaubend schnell und unkompliziert. Gastronomie vorhanden und nicht mal überteuert aber schnell überlaufen. Für reinen Badeaufenthalt zu empfehlen, im Frühjahr und Herbst eher nicht."
