Das beschriebene Apartment überzeugt in erster Linie durch seine Lage. Die Größe im ehemaligen Seebad Hotel ist für 2 ausreichend. Das Klappbett ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das gesamte Mobiliar ist zweckmäßig sollte aber mal durch neue moderne Möbel ersetzt werden.

Urlaub in der ersten Reihe an der Strandpromenade
Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und es war alles sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei und Edeka Lebensmittelmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Balkon ist zur Straßenseite. Restaurants/Imbiss/Bistro etc. sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe 👍👍. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Niendorf.😎😎

Ich war mit meinem Enkel für 4 Nächte dort und es hat uns total super gefallenen. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist einfach klasse. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand, zum bummeln am Hafen, oder einkaufen. eSpielplätzen

Toller netter Kontakt, sehr gute kleine Ferienwohnung. Sauber, ruhig und direkt am Strand. Völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Im Ort alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Super mit dem Parkplatz. Im Wasser sind Steine, Badeschuhe unbedingt empfehlenswert. Strandkorbvermietung vor der Tür. Die Restaurants und Cafés sehen lieber Bargeld. Mit Apple Pay kommt man leider nicht weit.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!!
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt an der Ostsee und am Strand. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und es sind alle sehr freundlich. Also ich kann es nur sehr weiterempfehlen, wenn ihr einen schönen perfekten Urlaub haben wollt.

Die Lage von der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, aber die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere sollte mal ausgetauscht werden so wie das Schrankbett was mit Metallhaken zu gemacht werden muss usw.

Apartment lag direkt am Strand. Es war dort sehr sauber. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, aber das machte nichts. Wir waren ja kaum dort und alles hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, was wir benutzt hatten

Wunderbare kurze Auszeit am Meer
Mein Aufenthalt war ganz wunderbar und wohltuend. Ich habe die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen und auch viel auf dem schönen Balkon gesessen. Vor hier aus kann man auch die Ostsee rauschen hören. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und auch sehr zuverlässig! Dafür möchte ich mich nochmal bedanken! Auch der Erdbeersekt zum lieben Empfang hat mich unheimlich erfreut. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und werde die kurze, aber intensive Zeit in Niendorf und "meiner" Ferienwohnung in bester Erinnerung behalten!
