"We stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location to walk to shops, 7/11, a few resturaunts and not too far of a walk to the beach. There was a slight issue in the beginning with some confusion on the linen, but the property manager got back to us in a quick and efficient manner. He had the issue resolved the same day! We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub and pool was great for the littles."

"This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. "My son wanted to visit the OBX beaches and Jockey Ridge my parents wanted to relax and unwind. The house was perfectly located between everything we wanted to do. It is just as described and very clean. The house was stocked with necessities and the host, Yvonne, had fresh flowers, chocolates, and a postcard upon our arrival making us truly feel at home. I can’t wait to book again!!"

"The place was spacious, cozy and clean. It was located very close to the beaches and walking distance to sound. The owners were prompt in their communication and very nice. "This is a well-designed and clean efficiency apartment that is part of a larger house. It had everything we needed and is in a very good location. There was good parking and plenty of privacy. Because this was a winter rental and there is an electric fireplace, we had hoped to use it. However, there were no instructions on how to do so, and the property manager said that “your unit does not have a fireplace” when I was looking right at it. That was disappointing but not enough to be a problem....
