"Out stay was comfortable but won’t stay with children again. Open door policy did not make me feel safe enough with children in toe. I also requested to use the pool and one staff meme we said yes and then when the pool was still covered over, my daughter went to ask and was told no. The property promotes indoor pool without any time restriction . We were requesting use around 3pm. On Friday night when all stove igniters we empty, 2 lots of groups struggled to get dinner on. "This was very clean, not a lot of room for cooking, and quite noisy in the evenings, with music from the hospitality venues at the back of the property. Would suggest an air fryer would make a big difference to the cooking area"
