Condo is wonderfully equipped for a couple or small family with incredibly nice features! Extras of the boot dryer and humidifier were nice touches. "The property is as described and the location is great. Easy walk to the slopes. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. Lighting is poor with only one small lamp in the living room and the light on the ceiling fan which provides minimal light. Beds throughout are less than comfortable. Kitchen cabinets need repair as does dishwasher. Exhaust fan above stove was disgusting. Carpets could use a thorough cleaning. Closet space is limited due to storage of extra bedding,...

"The access to the apartment is well described; there are stairs and staircases to navigate, and that can be hard when carrying lots of ski gear. But if one is okay with that, the apartment is tidy and fine for a skiing stay. It is great that parking is provided. Try and get precise directions for getting to and from the ski slope, but it is relatively easy to ski in, and ski out requires a staircase down, crossing the road, and then stepping down some steps to the slope."

We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!"
