"Every employee we interacted with was very pleasant and friendly, especially the staff in the lobby. It felt like chatting with small town neighbors. We LOVED our cabin! The property is walking distance to town (one mile on a flat path). We WILL stay there again next time we head to Estes Park. "

"MIST STAY FOR MORE THAN 1 DAY. This place is amazing. The office lady is super kind and nice. She gave us cookies. She even went out of the way to give us an extra bed with blankets. The river is right next to the room. The balcony is overlooked the river. The hangout spot for hot tub, group fire, and picnic area are clean and nicely accommodated. The property is only 10mins away from the Rocky Mountain National Park. We will definitely comeback. "

"What a cute room! Super comfy bed. The water pressure could have been better, but the room was perfect. Parking and navigation in the dark was fun, but the resort was wonderful. Fireplace in the room, porch, and clean! Love the no contact check in and keyless rooms."

"The hotel is very nice, rooms basic, beds super comfy. When I checked in there was some billing confusion but the next day the manager, Crystal, came to the rescue. She was beyond helpful and generous and did her best to rectify the situation. She came up with solutions and went out of her way to fix the problem that was out of her control. I cannot say enough about her caring attitude and follow up. I 100% recommend this hotel!"
