"This property is fantastic! Very spacious and incredibly clean. Main bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. It also has its own bathroom with updated walk in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and we were told that it too was comfortable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is probably best suited for children. Our adult children (ages 29 and 30) slept on the sofa because they were concerned the bed would not support them.The kitchen has been updated and is very nice. Living...

"This was a great place to stay. House was nice and clean, and a beautiful view of the James River. Judy was very welcoming, and open to communication, though we didn't need much during our stay. The location wasn't what I was expecting, but that's my fault, due to lack of researching. However, it's only a total 1 hour drive to Williamsburg, which includes a 20 minute ride on the ferry, which was pretty pleasant. Overall great stay."

"We were here to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. The double apartment was perfect for 3 couples & 3 grandchildren (21, 17, and 14). It was clean inside and out, had most of the kitchen equipment we needed, and lots of amenities. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed a round of mini golf. Staff was helpful and polite. Thanks for helping us have a great celebration!"

"The James River cottage is a quiet and peacful escape. The view of the river is very beautiful and relaxing. The cottage is very clean and neat with a great deck over looking the river. Its very comfortable for the three of us, and the location is perfect for visiting Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. We hope to return someday. "

"The house is ideally situated on the James River, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The layout of the house itself is perfect for gathering for meals and games, as well as for individuals to retreat for quiet time. The kitchen is well-stocked, with no gaps in supplies. And the homeowner is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, including dealing perfectly with the ups-and-downs of some weather issues. We are looking forward to many future stays at this property! "Nice visit to area over Christmas. Condo was as described. Kitchen has only basic tools for cooking. Place was clean. Host was very responsive to all questions "

"The space was awesome. We were 3 couples, 1 of the couples, our 23 yr old kids. Also dog friendly. Split plain and basically 2 master suites. Never felt crowded. Very nice neighborhood. The host was very nice. I suspect the next time we stay it will be even better. Look forward to our next visit. New listing and I think trying to get the hang of things. "The host who owns the property was excellent, responsive, and easy to work with. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome as the resort is managed by Hilton and the reservation didn't come up right away because I made the plans through VRBO. When check-in was complete, they sent me over to a salesperson to try and get me to sign on for a promotional extra night and listen to their sales pitch.
