"This property is fantastic! Very spacious and incredibly clean. Main bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable. It also has its own bathroom with updated walk in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and we were told that it too was comfortable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is probably best suited for children. Our adult children (ages 29 and 30) slept on the sofa because they were concerned the bed would not support them.The kitchen has been updated and is very nice. Living...

"The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The photos do not do the house justice. House step up: Four out of the seven bedrooms had their own bathroom. Each bedroom had a queen bed except the larger room that had 2 queen beds and a crib. Each room had a house size closet with a few hangers. There is a washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway. "This was a great place to stay. House was nice and clean, and a beautiful view of the James River. Judy was very welcoming, and open to communication, though we didn't need much during our stay. The location wasn't what I was expecting, but that's my fault, due to lack of researching. However, it's only a total 1 hour drive to Williamsburg, which includes a 20 minute ride on the ferry, which was pretty pleasant. Overall great stay."

"We were here to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. The double apartment was perfect for 3 couples & 3 grandchildren (21, 17, and 14). It was clean inside and out, had most of the kitchen equipment we needed, and lots of amenities. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed a round of mini golf. Staff was helpful and polite. Thanks for helping us have a great celebration!"

"The James River cottage is a quiet and peacful escape. The view of the river is very beautiful and relaxing. The cottage is very clean and neat with a great deck over looking the river. Its very comfortable for the three of us, and the location is perfect for visiting Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. We hope to return someday. "
