"Spacious room, Amarican standard, extra quilts and pillows are provided. Shuttle to the airport, small outlet mall across the foot bridge. Convenience store nearby. The best variety of breakfast of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan. Staff are friendly. The only thing is that the air conditioning is old. Traffic below is loud if to keep the windows open at night. It is a nice hotel to stay, only 30 minutes from Dotonbori."

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. "We had bad luck as all the shopping outlets were shut for annual maintenance (!!!). Still, we would go back in a heartbeat."

"We only did a one night stay. It’s a comfortable hotel and checking in was quick. The staff were friendly, the female spoke good English and also gave us a map of the immediate surroundings showing eateries and the supermarket. The free airport coach is a big bonus."

"Great location near the airport and by a train station to take you anywhere in the Osaka/Kyoto area. New hotel with lots of amenities. No breakfast offered and no view from the window as a privacy film is placed on the glass. A sign by the train station to let you know which direction to go would be helpful."
