"The house was in the end of a court that was very quiet overnight. During the day not noisy but nearby businesses ensure street is full. No issue though as off street parking available here. The owners were great to deal with and answered questions and took feedback very well. A storm took down the shade sail and they were around in quick time to take it down and prevent further damage or any noise. The ducted air con was a blessing and very effective.
