"This was a tremendous stay in Maunganui! Everything the property owners promised were available and the house was very clean and well maintained. From the carpeted garage to the air conditioners in each living space, the house was comfortable as advertised. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and had the chance to use the gas grill which made a great meal! The location was ideal, just off the main streets and truly a 5-minute walk from the beach. "This was an absolutely beautiful getaway! The location in the dune above the beach gave an amazing view with continual sea breezes and a quiet atmosphere that was the epitome of rejuvenation. A kindly neighbor greeted us on arrival with very helpful advice and made us feel most welcome. Truly, my only regret is that we could not stay longer. This was amazing! "

"First off, for some reason I thought this was a fancy new home from the listing, but actually it's an older home with some recent freshening up. Everything was clean, e.g. linens, towels, carpet, counters, but there were a few minor scuffs on walls and a little bit of mold in the shower. The house is on the lake with a nice view and backyard. And garage was very tight but so easy to stroll straight across the road to the beach also bus stop out side the building The beds were comfy and having the washing machine was a bonus all the rooms had a balcony and fans in all the rooms which was great as we had the best weather for two weeks over all it was a great stay "
